Terms and Conditions
At Legally Remote, we help you find top talent by giving you access to our curated, pre-screened Talent Catalog. This ongoing service provides you with a steady stream of qualified candidates who are ready for you to review and hire at your discretion.
What You Get:
Access to a constantly updated catalog of vetted candidates
Candidates have been intervie wed, risk-assessed, reference checked (when possible). Ensuring we only publish Super Star and High-Potential candidates.
Proactive candidate sourcing — no need to wait for job-specific searches
No outsourcing or staffing — you hire directly from our talent pool
Our Simple Fee Structure:
Flat Fee: USD 800 per hired candidate (we charge USD 2500 to 4000+ per hire for our Custom Search engagements.)
Risk-Free Trial: You get to test out the candidate for 2 months before we get paid. If a candidate leaves or is terminated during the trial period, you pay nothing.
Payment Terms: Payment is due 5 days after the candidate’s 2-month trial period ends
Confidentiality & Trust:
We take your privacy seriously. All information shared between you and Legally Remote remains confidential, and we’ll never disclose it without your permission (unless required by law).
No Hidden Fees or Surprises:
Our agreement is simple, with no hidden charges. You only pay for the candidates you hire and tested for 2 months, and our flat fee remains clear.
